Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell a range of financial products, with a focus on investment solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong sales skills who are interested in growing their career in the financial sector. Candidates with prior Mutual Fund experience or certifications will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads, identify potential customers, and convert them into active clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial/investment solutions.
• Present product features and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Assist clients with account setup, documentation, and basic transaction support.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain daily activity reports.
• Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance/Business preferred).
• Experience in Mutual Funds or financial product sales (preferred).
• NISM/AMFI Mutual Fund Distributor Certification (preferred).

Location: In-office, Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,915.23 - ₹55,019.71 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
