Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Client Acquisition (Field Sales)
Location: JAMNAGAR,GUJARAT, INDIA

Reporting To: Field Sales Manager / Area Sales Head

We are a dynamic and fast-growing organisation in the B2B space, committed to delivering value and building long-term relationships with our clients. We seek an enthusiastic and result-oriented individual to join our field sales team and drive growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from the given database and identify decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and originate new sales opportunities for the company’s products and services.
  • Set up and deliver face-to-face sales presentations and product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
  • Conduct systematic follow-ups with client organisations to move the sales pitch to a time-bound closure.
  • Ensure that all payments are collected as per the company’s payment terms and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM/reporting tools.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 6 MONTHS of experience in field sales / B2B sales (we welcome motivated candidates with working experience). For example, many similar roles require ~9 months to 3 years of sales experience.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own bike/scooter (for territory travel) if required.

  • Quick thinking, problem-solving orientation and ability to work independently.
  • A strong desire to sell, self-motivation and a confident, determined approach.

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-energy field environment.
