Job Description

Roles and Responsibilites

Visiting customers to their offices & homes with prior appointments for project briefing.
Accompanying customers to the various sites for site visit
Handling all sort of quires from different customers for sales & negotiation, client modification changes to project handover
Updating customers with various project launches and other PR programs
Execution of the agreement to customers from signing to Delivery & follow up for installment payment & collection of cheques from the customers
Broker network database maintaining of all the brokers & informing & updating about all the projects

Eligibility Criteria :

Excellent communication and coordination skills
Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism
Should have basic knowledge in MS. Office
Experience in real estate industry will be an added advantage
Self- driven with the attitude to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
