Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team.
The role involves meeting potential clients, promoting products/services, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and willing to travel for business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customersto generate new business opportunities.
Conduct client visits and product presentations.
Achievemonthly/quarterly salestargetsthrough effective field activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Gather market insights, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
Maintain salesrecords and provide timely reportsto management.
Coordinate with the internalsales/operationsteam forsmooth execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently andmeet targets.
Willingnessto travel frequently within assigned areas.

Qualification:

Graduate (
preferred
)/ 12th pass with relevantsales experience.
B.com, B.A., BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B.E.,Diploma Candidates can apply.
