Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation:
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Sales Administration:
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry-specific, e.g., FMCG, IT, Real Estate, etc.].
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
