Sales Executive

About:
We are Pixels Planet, a video production company with over 8 years of experience creating a wide range of content. From initial planning and conceptualization to shooting, editing, sound design, animation, and coloring, we handle all aspects of video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and present suitable solutions, products, or services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
