As we expand, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team and take charge of our social media operations with innovation, accuracy, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop and execute creative campaigns to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Write clear, compelling copy for social posts, captions, and digital creatives.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.
• Monitor analytics and prepare reports on social media performance, engagement, and growth.
• Manage posting schedules, community engagement (comments, DMs), and audience interactions.
• Brainstorm and implement fresh ideas for creative storytelling, brand awareness, and audience retention.
• Assist in content shoots, editing, and post-production for photo and video content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong skills in content writing, copywriting, and social media management.
• Proficiency with creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
