Job Description -

Event Planning & Execution
Collaborate with District Heads to engage School Trustees for district-level events. Coordinate with District Heads for event logistics, including communication, planning, travel, accommodation, and on-site management. Maintain a transparent and detailed record of all event-related expenses. Distribute collateral to attendees for enhanced outreach.

Sales & Business Development
Drive maximum registration and participation before, during, and after events. Follow up post-event with attendees to ensure engagement, onboarding, and business conversion. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools and stakeholders. Ensure profitability and revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools. Provide regular reports on pre-sales, event execution, and post-sales performance. Work closely with the company team leads to align on objectives and achieve shared goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 46 years in EdTech or SaaS sales, preferably with event management experience. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Languages: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is mandatory.
