Sales Executive - PEB & Prefab Structure

You will be joining Damini Engineers Private Limited, a prominent company specializing in Transmission Line & Communication Towers in India. With a rich background in steel fabrication and designing communication towers, our company has a successful history of delivering high-quality projects. Recently, in 2025, we expanded our scope to include Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures for modern constructions. Your responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the PEB & Prefab sector. You will be expected to establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, contractors, and project developers. Generating leads, conducting client meetings, and successfully closing sales deals will be part of your routine. Understanding customer needs and offering customized solutions, along with coordinating with engineering and production teams for project execution will be crucial. You will also be tasked with meeting monthly and annual sales targets. We are looking for sales professionals with a minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience, or individuals with an MBA (Marketing) degree, specifically for PEB/Prefab, construction, or infrastructure sales. The salary for this position ranges from 6-9 lakhs per annum. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in the industrial, commercial, and warehousing sectors.
