Sales Executive (Paint Chemicals Division)

You will be working at Hitech Specialities Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (HSSPL - Hitech), a strategic trader and distributor of speciality chemicals across India. HSSPL has exclusive distribution rights for several global manufacturers and serves over 1000 customers in various industries such as Paints & Coatings, Printing Inks, Construction Chemicals, and more. As a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and providing technical support for products related to the paint, construction coating, and ink industries. You will need to proactively generate leads, engage with clients, meet revenue targets, and explore new business opportunities. Your duties will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. You will be in charge of handling clients in specific locations, ensuring business development, and maintaining customer satisfaction within designated regions. Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients, presenting product applications, providing on-site technical services, and promoting a range of products will be part of your role. Collaborating closely with internal sales and technical teams to align customer needs with product offerings, ensuring timely order processing, delivery coordination, and monitoring market trends and customer feedback to suggest business strategies are also essential aspects of the job. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in the Paint, Coatings, Inks, or Chemical Trading industry, strong expertise in B2B sales, lead generation, and technical sales. Knowledge of chemical formulations, applications, and industry-specific raw materials, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to travel frequently for client meetings and business development are required. You should be open to working from the office at the assigned location, comfortable with fieldwork as necessary, and available to join at the earliest.,
