Sales Executive - Real Estate Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales executive in Real Estate who possesses a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry and will be able to generate new leads, close deals, and build relationships with clients. Job Responsibilities : Source, identify and qualify new leads. Cold call leads to generate and schedule meetings. Schedule and lead site visits. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Negotiate and close deals. Provide after-sales customer service. Stay updated on the competition and market trends. Prepare and deliver presentations that showcase the sales process. Achieve and exceed the targets set. Ready to work on targets and meet them. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proven experience in real estate sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and target-driven. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Benefits: Salary (monthly): Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000 (depending on experience) Incentive on each sale as per company policy. Tour & Travel reimbursements Timings : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
