About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven B2C, D2C Sales Executive with prior experience in the logistics domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new consumer business, onboarding clients, driving sales revenue, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for acquiring B2C customers for logistics, courier, and delivery services
Achieve monthly sales targets through lead generation, field visits, referrals, and direct customer engagement
Identify potential customers, present product/service offerings, and convert them into regular users
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business
Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and market intelligence
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer support, dispatch, etc.) for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Handle customer queries, escalate issues as needed, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
