Designation: Sales Executive Experience: 1 to 5 years Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering Job Location: Chennai /Mumbai/ Delhi/ Ahmedabad Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for Bluebeam or other AEC / Infra products. Identify and prospect new clients within the AEC industry, including architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Bluebeam / other AEC software solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to address customer needs and enhance the sales process. Complete quotes in a timely fashion and accurately Maintain accurate contact records. Regularly follow up on quotes and sales leads Utilize support staff to improve own effectiveness. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analysis. Make good value judgment and represent Neilsoft in a positive & professional way. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track performance and provide insights for future strategy. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Bluebeam products and generate leads. Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in mechanical or civil with inclination towards Sales. MBA is Sales/Marketing is preferred. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Engineering Design Software / Solutions / Construction industry. Strong understanding of construction workflows and project management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong Business Acumen and Attention to detail Should have Excellent written and oral communication skills with active listening. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Familiarity with the latest tools and automation technologies (LinkedIn, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.) will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
