Sales Executive - NBFC 3+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our NBFC team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting loan products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and digital channels.
  • Promote and sell financial products such as personal loans, business loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, or SME loans.
  • Conduct customer profiling, eligibility checks, and documentation verification.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the credit and operations team for loan processing and disbursement.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with NBFC policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of loan products and financial documentation.
  • Target-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
