Job Description

Role Summary

Navat Technology is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth across global markets, with a strong preference for experience in US IT sales. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets for IT services or technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads for IT services, software development, and technology solutions in domestic and US markets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, presentations, proposal creation, pricing discussions, and deal closure.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Track, manage, and report sales activities through CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute lead-generation campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Represent Navat Technology professionally during client meetings, demos, and virtual discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in IT services or software development sales.
  • Strong preference for candidates with US market exposure or experience selling to US clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding IT industry trends, software services, and technology solutions.
  • Experience with any CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to align with US client time zones (if required).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in remote contract staffing, IT consulting, or software product sales.
  • Familiarity with lead-generation strategies for international markets.
  • Experience handling US-based clients via phone, email, and video discussions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
