About the Company:

Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and result-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will handle walk-in clients, conduct site visits, explain project details, and convert leads into successful bookings. The role demands excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills to achieve monthly sales targets and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and assist walk-in clients at the project site with complete property information.
  • Conduct professional site tours and explain project layouts, pricing, and offers clearly.
  • Handle client inquiries received through calls, online leads, and references.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Maintain client records, payment details, and follow-up updates using CRM or Excel.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent effort and performance.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and tele calling teams for lead generation and scheduling visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to management on market trends and client preferences.
  • Ensure all promotional materials and site displays are updated and presentable.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and lead conversion (real estate preferred).
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Attractive Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
