Key Responsibilities
*Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, and field visits.
*Conduct client meetings, explain project details, and build strong customer relationships.
*Handle inquiries from potential buyers and provide end-to-end guidance throughout the sales process.
*Maintain and update the CRM with lead details, follow-ups, and closures.
*Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
*Coordinate with the marketing team to convert leads into successful sales.
*Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
*2–3 years of proven experience in sales (real estate preferred).
*Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
*Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
