  • Engage the client in conversation, give a complete picture of the project by providing USPs and convince them for site visit.
Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to the projects
Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyersMaintain construction updates and coordinate with buyersMaintain and update customer records in the CRM systemFollow up with clients to provide additional information and gather feedbackCollaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectivesStay updated on real estate market trends and project detailsPeriodic presentation to promoters on the performance of the leads (Weekly/Monthly)Should be flexible to travel to our sites/office regularly for training and client visits
