Actively seeking out and engaging potential customer prospects, which might involve cold calls, networking, and attending industry events.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the Mumbai region and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Possessing in-depth knowledge of MEPCO's various metal powders (e.g., aluminum, copper, gold bronze powder) and their specific applications in different industries to provide appropriate solutions to customers.
Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and report customer behavior/preferences to management.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the Mumbai market.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM software and preparing daily/monthly sales reports.
Collaborating with internal teams, such as the production and quality control departments, to ensure client requirements are met and to provide market feedback for product refinement.
