Job Description :
Key Responsibilities- 

1. Identify & generate new sales opportunities with in the target market- Farmers , Dealers , Landscapers etc
2. Promote & Demonstrate products like Power Weeders, Drones, Drip Sprinkler irrigation systems to potential customers.
3. Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets 
4. Develop & Maintain strong relationship with customers
5. Conduct on field visits , product demos, participate in agriculture expos
6. Maintain records of sales , inquiries & follow ups in assign tools
7. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, lead generations, and product promotions. 
8. Provide after sales support & ensure customer satisfaction.
   

Graduate preferably in agriculture or equivalent

Experience of minimum 2 years in sales  

Strong communication & negotiation skills 

Ability to travel extensively within assign territory

Basic knowledge of farming 

Self Motivated , result oriented & customer focused
