Job Description: Overview: As a Jewellery Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery items, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the jewellery department. Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect jewellery piece based on their preferences, occasions, and budget. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the jewellery products available, including materials, gemstones, designs, and craftsmanship, to effectively educate customers and make informed recommendations. Salesmanship: Actively engage customers to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage add-on purchases and upselling. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and participate in regular inventory counts. Assist with restocking shelves and display cases as needed. Visual Merchandising: Ensure that jewellery displays are visually appealing, clean, and well-organized to attract customers and showcase products effectively. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide after-sales support, including assisting with jewellery adjustments, repairs, and cleaning. Product Promotion: Assist in promoting special sales events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales opportunities. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve departmental goals, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
