Role: Sales & Marketing Associate

Eligibility:

MBA (Sales/Marketing/Business Strategy) – Freshers are also eligible with 70%+ aggregate Salary: depends on interview (fixed + incentives)

• Responsibilities: Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring timely follow-up Counsel and guide students on training programs and career
• opportunities.
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable programs.Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets through effective counselingCollaborate with the sales & marketing team to improve admission strategies.
• Maintain accurate student records and prepare regular reports for management.
• Build long-term relationships with students and ensure positive word-of-mouth referrals
