Job Summary:
Libra International Ltd. is looking for dynamic and motivated MBA freshers to join our Sales team as Management Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to direct sales, relationship management, and market development within the foam and mattress industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and analyze market trends.Generate leads through cold calling, digital outreach, and networking.Support the creation and execution of sales strategies.Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos.Follow up with leads and close sales deals.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
Required Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing/Sales or related field (2024/2025 pass-outs preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel (as per business needs).Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in teams.
