Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Field (Leasing & Property Search) Location: Pune Company: Lacasa Realtors LLP Salary: Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply) Type: Full-time | Field Work Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting on-ground property visits with clients, understanding their leasing requirements, and sourcing suitable properties accordingly. Key Responsibilities:Meet clients in the field and showcase residential and/or commercial properties for lease. Understand clients’ requirements and preferences thoroughly. Actively search and source properties through field visits, broker networks, and other resources. Coordinate and schedule property visits with property owners and clients. Build and maintain a network of property owners, landlords, and local brokers. Negotiate leasing terms between clients and property owners. Provide timely updates and feedback to the sales manager. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, site visits, and deals in the CRM or reporting system. Requirements:Proven experience in field sales or real estate is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and networking abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the city/area. Own vehicle (preferred) and valid driving license. Basic knowledge of local real estate market trends. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented. Compensation:Fixed Salary: [Mention range – e.g., ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month based on experience] Variable Pay/Incentives: Attractive commission structure based on closures and performance.
