Engaging with customers to build ongoing relationships through Clienteling
Supporting the store team in maintaining a caring and supportive working environment
Be responsible for maintaining the look and feel of the brand in-store
Drive a high conversion of sales in a professional and positive manner
Ensure you have sound product knowledge of the whole collection
Excellent communication with the Management regarding customers feedback on product and services
Monitor shelf inventory and unload new products when needed, as well as cleaning the store when required
Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients, encouraging repeat business
You will have to display jewellery in a presentable and attractive on the counter and ensure the neatness, orderliness and cleanliness of stock display and counters are preserved.
To assist in opening and closing of stock
To actively participate in customer relationship building and deepening.
To maintain inventory, taking Stock Count on regular basis.
To take care of any internal, business development, customer service related tasks that may be assigned.
