Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customers in person to promote and sell our products/services, build strong customer relationships, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area
  • Promote and sell products/services to clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Generate leads and convert them into customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer details
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries
  • Report daily work updates to the manager
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
  • 0–2 years of sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if required by the company)
  • Self-motivated
