We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading online fresh-vegetables delivery platform. The role involves resolving customer queries via phone and chat support, ensuring fast and accurate assistance to customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product concerns.
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding order status, delivery, and product issues
• Manage customer queries through chat support in a timely manner
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery team to ensure issue resolution
• Maintain polite and professional communication at all times
• Record and update query logs for quality and service improvement
• Follow company processes and guidelines for customer satisfaction
• Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is an advantage)
• Prior experience in customer support / telesupport is preferred
• Basic computer skills (typing and chat handling)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts between 7 AM to 9 PM [Including 2 Hours Break 1hr + 30 mins + 30 Mins]
• Must reside in or near Jadavpur, Kolkata
• Work-from-home flexibility: Only 1 day office visit per week
