About the Company:

Kinkob Kreation is one of India’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of high-quality hotel linen products, including mattress, bed linens, bath linens, and uniforms. With a growing presence across the country, we are now looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to expand our B2B customer base and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Identify, approach, and build lasting relationships with potential clients in the hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors.
  • Promote and market mattress and linen products to prospective customers.
  • Conduct field marketing activities to explore new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and fabric demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align efforts with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Provide timely sales reports and performance updates to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hotel linen, mattress, or fabric/uniforms industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of mattress and linen products is mandatory.
  • Must understand fabrics, hotel linens, and uniform materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Excellent negotiation, sales pitching, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in field sales.

Additional Requirements:

  • Own a personal bike for travel and client visits.
  • Comfortable with frequent fieldwork and travel.
  • Passionate about sales, business development, and client servicing.

Compensation & Work Mode:

  • Salary Range: ₹2.16 – ₹3.00 LPA
  • Note: Salary is performance-based and flexible for deserving candidates.
  • Work Mode: Office + Field Work (B2B Sales Role)
