Job Description

We are hiring for Sales Executive:

Job Summary:

Field Sales Executive Dealer Development

Role & responsibilities

Identify and approach potential dealers, sub-dealers, and business partners in the assigned region
Pitch the dealership business model, investment requirements, and ROI to prospective partners
Conduct territory mapping and market potential analysis to expand dealer footprint
Coordinate and support the dealer onboarding process, including documentation, compliance, and training
Achieve dealer acquisition targets and ensure timely activation of new outlets
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners
Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, service, logistics) to support dealer success
Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to guide strategy
Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance to improve sales and service levels
Organize roadshows, dealer meets, and local promotions to boost visibility and inquiries

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in field sales, dealer development, or B2B/channel sales, preferably in the 2-wheeler, EV, or automotive industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with dealership operations and business models
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across locations
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets)
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
