Job Description

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and other professionals. ·        Strong ability to negotiate favorable terms and close deals effectively. ·        A deep understanding of local real estate markets, property values, and trends. ·        Ability to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously, staying on top of deadlines. ·         Proficiency in using MS Excel ·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with flexibility in approach. ·        Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients’ schedules. ·        A combination of office and fieldwork, including property showings, open houses, and client meetings. ·        Some travel may be required depending on the client base and listings. ·        Provide ongoing support to clients after the transaction, maintaining relationships and assisting with any post-sale needs. ·        Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction. ·        Follow up with past clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
