Job Role: Sales Executive

We’re looking for a Sales Executive who can drive business growth by identifying and closing new leads, especially in the advertising and digital marketing space. The ideal candidate will understand client requirements, present customized service packages, and work closely with the creative team to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through cold calls, networking, and follow-ups
• Understand client needs and pitch our services effectively
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for closure
• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to the management
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for upselling and renewals
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, content) for execution

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing services
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in Malayalam and English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must be male (as per preference)
• Based in Calicut or willing to work from our Calicut office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
