Key Responsibilities: Actively pitch and sell Pod Eyes laundry pods to retailers, general stores, supermarkets, and distributors. Achieve monthly sales targets through cold visits, store onboarding, and consistent follow-ups. Educate store owners and staff about product features , USPs, and shelf-display methods. Gather market feedback, competitor info, and report daily performance. Build long-term relationships with retailers to ensure repeat sales and referrals. Drive sales growth in your assigned territory. Target & Incentives: Must meet or exceed weekly/monthly pod pack sales targets . Attractive commissions and performance bonuses on target achievement. Special rewards for high-performing salesmen (cash bonus, gifts, recognition).
