Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Target-Based) – Pod Eyes Laundry Pods

Experience: 0–2 years (FMCG/FMCG startup experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively pitch and sell Pod Eyes laundry pods to retailers, general stores, supermarkets, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through cold visits, store onboarding, and consistent follow-ups.
• Educate store owners and staff about product features, USPs, and shelf-display methods.
• Gather market feedback, competitor info, and report daily performance.
• Build long-term relationships with retailers to ensure repeat sales and referrals.
• Drive sales growth in your assigned territory.

Target & Incentives:

• Must meet or exceed weekly/monthly pod pack sales targets.
• Attractive commissions and performance bonuses on target achievement.
• Special rewards for high-performing salesmen (cash bonus, gifts, recognition).

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence and ability to close sales independently
• Passion for field work and targets
• Basic knowledge of FMCG or detergent market is a plus

Eligibility:

• 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate
• Must own a smartphone and preferably a bike/scooter
• Willing to travel locally and work on-ground
