Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by maximizing sales from existing dealers and proactively developing new business leads.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including order collection, follow-up on outstanding payments, and submission of weekly/monthly reports to the Head Office.

• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing dealers to ensure long-term business.
• Identify, pursue, and close new sales deals in assigned territories.
• Deliver exceptional dealer service through effective salesmanship, timely communication, and professional conduct.
• Provide regular market updates to senior management, including product performance insights, competitor activities, and ongoing marketing initiatives
• Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have minimum 3+ years of experience of Sales and Business Development
• Candidate with minimum graduation in any stream
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Takes initiative and solve problems
• Must have high energy and enthusiasm to solve problems
• Ability to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals at multiple organizational levels
• Experience in handling wholesale sales, experience in retail / dealer market will be an additional benefit
• Be organized and have updates on sales, outstanding, marketing activity
• Curious to learn and grow
