Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: [Residential Project Site]

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Executive to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service to our valued clients at our residential project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Customer Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support.

2. *Customer Service*: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. *Site Visits*: Accompany customers during site visits, provide project updates, and address any concerns.

4. *Communication*: Maintain open communication with customers through regular updates, progress reports, and notifications.

5. *Issue Resolution*: Identify and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.

6. *Feedback and Improvement*: Collect customer feedback, analyze it, and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

7. *Collaboration*: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and construction, to ensure seamless customer experience.

8. *Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

9. *Revenue Responsibilities : Responsible for the sale of apartment/villa as per the target given by the company.

*Desired Skills and Qualifications:*

1. *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. *Experience*: 0-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or construction.

3. *Communication*: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. *Interpersonal*: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.

5. *Problem-Solving*: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues.

6. *Time Management*: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

7. *Adaptability*: Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines.
