The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads and prospects into site visits , and providing exceptional customer service to clients interested in our residential real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis with potential customers, understanding their requirements and preferences.
2. Project Presentation: Present our residential real estate projects to potential customers, highlighting features, benefits, and USPs and the location
5. Handling Objections: Handle customer objections, concerns, and queries in a professional and persuasive manner.
6. Closing Deals: Convert prospects into site visits, meeting weekly/monthly site visit targets.
7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer interactions, leads, and sales data into our CRM system.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
