Missions/Main Duties:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Client Engagement:

  Handling calls with a polite and pleasant tone, effectively communicating the benefits of Jiva Ayurveda's offerings.

• Sales & Convincing:

  Utilizing excellent communication and convincing skills to convert leads and achieve sales targets.

• Team Collaboration:

  Working effectively within a team environment to contribute to overall sales goals.

• Patient Care:

  Demonstrating empathy and a caring approach towards patients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

• Administrative Support:

  Managing multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills, including maintaining records and using essential software.

Profile/Skills:

• Previous experience handling calls and working in a sales role.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Preferably, experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A polite, pleasant tone with a positive attitude.
• Empathy and a caring approach toward patients.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and virtual meeting tools.
