Sales Executive - Jewellery Retail

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at the boutique jewellery store, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for the brand. Your main focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting both individual and team sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism - Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products - Provide detailed information about jewellery, including craftsmanship, materials, and care - Confidently close sales and contribute to achieving monthly revenue goals - Process billing transactions and conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise displays, and inventory presentation standards - Collaborate with team members to reach daily store objectives and ensure smooth operations Qualifications & Skills: - 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery or premium fashion/lifestyle brands - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Strong grasp of customer engagement and sales techniques - Familiarity with billing systems and basic CRM or customer follow-up tools - Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance - Basic knowledge of jewellery products and terminology is advantageous - Fluency in English, Kannada, and other regional languages In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate should possess energy, customer focus, and a results-driven attitude.
