As a Sales Executive in IT/Software Sales, your role will involve: - Demonstrating strong Sales & Communication Skills to effectively communicate with clients. - Utilizing Technical Understanding to explain the software products to potential customers. - Applying Negotiation & Closing techniques to successfully close deals. - Managing CRM & Follow-ups to maintain customer relationships. - Executing Cold Calling & Lead Generation strategies to identify new business opportunities. - Engaging in Networking & Relationship Building activities to expand the client base. - Showcasing Presentation & Demo Skills to present the software products effectively. - Handling Objections & using Persuasion techniques to address client concerns. - Focusing on Customer Retention & Upselling to maximize revenue. - Implementing Strategic Thinking & Planning to achieve sales targets. - Utilizing Problem-Solving & Decision-Making skills to overcome challenges. - Demonstrating Time Management & Productivity to enhance efficiency. - Possessing Public Speaking abilities to represent the company professionally. - Conducting Market & Competitor Analysis to identify market trends. - Demonstrating Adaptability & Innovation in Sales Approaches to stay competitive. Qualifications required: - Minimum 6 months of experience in Software Sales & SaaS Sales. - Educational qualification of +2 or a degree. - Industry Knowledge in areas like Website, E-commerce, Inventory, ERP, CRM, POS, or other software. - Experience in Client Acquisition and Customization & Solution-Based Selling. - Ability to close High-Value & Long Sales Cycle Deals. - Proficiency in Software Demo, Presentation & Proof of Concept (PoC) Experience. - Skilled in Consultative & Relationship-Based Selling. - Experience in Multi-Sector Sales.
