As a Sales Executive in IT / Software Sales, your role will involve interacting with clients in Malappuram and Kozhikode. With a minimum of 6 months experience and qualifications of at least +2 or a degree, you will be expected to possess the following key skills: - Sales & Communication Skills - Technical Understanding - Negotiation & Closing abilities - Proficiency in CRM & Follow-ups - Experience in Cold Calling & Lead Generation - Strong Networking & Relationship Building capabilities - Effective Presentation & Demo Skills - Skillful Objection Handling & Persuasion techniques - Customer Retention & Upselling strategies - Proficiency in Strategic Thinking & Planning - Problem-Solving & Decision-Making skills - Excellent Time Management & Productivity - Public Speaking prowess - Market & Competitor Analysis acumen - Adaptability & Innovation in Sales Approaches Your key experience should include: - Software Sales & SaaS Sales Exposure - B2B & Enterprise Sales Experience - Knowledge of various industries such as Website, E-commerce, Inventory, ERP, CRM, POS, or other software - Client Acquisition expertise - Customization & Solution-Based Selling experience - Ability to close High-Value & Long Sales Cycle Deals - Familiarity with Software Demo, Presentation & Proof of Concept (PoC) - Consultative & Relationship-Based Selling skills - Experience in Multi-Sector Sales As an additional benefit, the company covers travel expenses according to policy guidelines. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Day shift schedule. The preferred education qualification is a Bachelor's degree, and a willingness to travel 100% is desirable.
