Job Title: Sales Executive (US/UK Staffing)

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in international staffing sales, specifically in the UK and US markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding our international recruitment presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the UK and US staffing markets.
• Promote recruitment and staffing services to healthcare, IT, and other professional sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business pitches.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing models, and competitor activities.
• Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international staffing or recruitment sales (UK/US market preferred).
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client partnerships.
• Good understanding of staffing operations, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
