Sales Executive International Market

  • Develop and maintain strong sales pipelines particularly across Asian and African markets, aligning strategies to local business practices and cultural dynamics.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the companys presence in international markets.
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients while nurturing lasting relationships.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closure.
  • Build a robust client network across diverse geographies and industries.
  • Conduct market research to track global trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and client-specific solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 25 years proven success in international sales or business development, preferably with exposure to Asian and African markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability across cultures and regions, with demonstrated adaptability in emerging market contexts.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and flexible to work across multiple time zones.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, export processes, and foreign markets is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
