Sales Executive Intern

Voices Academy is Kerala's first integrated skill academy that brings together creativity, analytics, and communication into one practical learning approach. We prepare students for real industry workflows not just job titles, but the skills needed to perform confidently in modern professional roles.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive Intern to support our EdTech sales team. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, customer outreach and sales support within the educational technology domain. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in driving growth, learning core sales processes, and contributing to customer engagement and business development tasks under guidance. Interns may be considered for full-time opportunities based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in generating and qualifying leads through research and outreach.

Help with outbound calls, emails, follow-ups, and initial communication with prospective clients (students, parents, schools, institutions).

Participate in product pitching, demos, and introductory conversations with guidance from senior team members.

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, answer basic queries, and build rapport.

Support customer service efforts to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn effective communication and sales techniques.

Qualification & Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or a related field (students from other disciplines with strong interest are also welcome)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage prospects confidently.

Motivated to learn and passionate about sales and the EdTech industry.

Strong organization and time-management skills.

Team-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate.
