About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive Intern who is eager to build a career in IT Services Sales and Offshore Business Development. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an interest in exploring global business opportunities, and a willingness to learn lead generation, email outreach, and proposal drafting.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand IT services and solutions to effectively communicate value to international clients.
• Assist in lead generation, prospect research, and client outreach.
• Draft well-structured emails, proposals, and business documents for offshore sales.
• Conduct cold emails and cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Support the sales team in developing firm proposals and business pitches.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable IT service solutions.
• Maintain CRM data and track communication with prospects.
• Contribute creative ideas for improving campaign outcomes and sales strategies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Basic domain knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Software Solutions, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cold email outreach and cold calling (preferred).
• Ability to write professional content — emails, proposals, and client responses.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Good common sense, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and support proposal development.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in international/offshore sales.
