Compensation:

• ₹10,000/month (Base Salary)
• Highly attractive, uncapped incentives for every successful deal closed

Probation:

• 15 days or until your first deal is successfully closed

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential B2B/B2C clients through calls, emails, and social platforms.
• Sales Presentation: Promote and present Codestam’s products and services, including custom software, mobile apps, and AI automation tools.
• Deal Closure: Negotiate and close sales deals to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients.
• Market Insights: Provide feedback to the team on trends and client requirements to help shape our offerings.

• Technical Curiosity: Basic understanding of technology or willingness to quickly learn about software, AI, and IT solutions.
