Role & responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting • Identify potential customers through calls, social media, and networking. • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly. 2. Client Interaction & Relationship Building • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/services. • Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business. 3. Sales Targets & Conversions • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings or sales. 4. Product/Service Presentation • Present company offerings effectively to clients via calls, emails, or meetings. • Clearly explain pricing, features, and benefits. 5. Negotiation & Closing Deals • Handle objections and negotiate prices while maintaining profit margins. • Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and payments. 6. Coordination & Reporting • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless service delivery. • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management. 7. Customer Support • Resolve customer queries or complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction. • Collect feedback to improve service quality.
