Sales Executive Interior Design

As a Sales Executive for Einterio, a growing interior design firm in Pune, your role involves being the first point of contact for clients interested in interior design services. You will need to understand client requirements and effectively communicate the offerings of Einterio. Your key responsibilities include: - Generating leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries. - Scheduling and coordinating client meetings with designers. - Following up with potential clients to maintain a healthy sales pipeline. - Achieving monthly sales targets to contribute to overall business growth. - Building and maintaining client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Keeping records of sales, inquiries, and client communications. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales and interior design, and be self-motivated and target-driven. You should also have the ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions, along with basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM tools). Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred. Experience of up to 3 years in sales, specifically in interior design, real estate, or similar fields, would be advantageous. Einterio offers a fixed salary of 10,000 to 30,000 per month based on experience and skills, along with attractive incentives based on performance.
