Job description
Key Responsibilities: -
Call and follow up with leads generated via YouTube, WhatsApp, and website forms -
Understand client needs and explain our design process clearly -
Share quotations and follow up to close deals -
Update CRM regularly with lead status and next follow-up date -
Coordinate with the design team for walkthroughs and intro calls -
Meet monthly sales targets and report performance
Requirements: -
1-3 years of experience in sales (interior design, real estate, or services preferred) -
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English -
Target-driven, persuasive, and high on follow-up discipline -
Basic understanding of interiors or willingness to learn -
Comfortable with using CRM and tools like WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
