A Sales Executive in the sanitary ware and bath fittings industry plays a crucial role in driving business growth by promoting products, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing directly to the company's revenue objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and consultants, to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Market Analysis: Regularly benchmark competitor pricing and product lines, providing feedback and recommendations to refine the company’s pricing strategies and market positioning.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product specifications and manufacturing processes to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
• Payment Management: Oversee payment collections from clients for products sold and manage any payment-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is typically required, with an MBA being preferable.
• Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sanitary ware sales, particularly in project sales,
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and a good understanding of technical aspects related to sanitary ware and fittings.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
