Location: Dombivli, Thane, MaharashtraJob Type: Full-TimeExperience: Minimum 3 Years (Sales – Industrial Civil Construction Projects)Are you an experienced sales professional with strong exposure to industrial civil construction projects?We are expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive project acquisition and revenue growth across Maharashtra.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads for industrial civil construction projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, PMC teams & industry stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities across Maharashtra industrial zones.Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, costing, BOQ understanding & negotiations.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Requirements -Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales in industrial/civil construction segment.Strong understanding of industrial infrastructure, civil execution and project life cycles.Excellent communication, negotiation & client handling skills.Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for business meetings and site visits.Immediate joining preferred.Salary -Salary will be as per industry standards, based on experience and capability.📍 Reporting LocationDombivli, Thane, Maharashtra
